We're sure you're going to love our product, but if you unpack it and find out that it somehow doesn’t meet your expectations and it isn’t right for you, please send us an email to info@nicednation.com. You have 30 days from the delivery date to inform us about the return/refund.

When sending us the message, please mention the reason for the return and whether it is related to a damaged product, wrong item or a similar issue. Please add images as additional proof.

When your return request will be accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. In the case the return reason is something that we (or the shipping company) did wrong, we will provide a pre-paid return label. In case you will have just changed your mind, you will need to cover the return shipping expenses. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Once we will receive the returned product, we will issue you a full refund.

We typically fulfil all orders within 2-5 business days, depending on volume in our fulfilment center. Any orders placed after Friday business hours or during the weekend will ship out the following Monday or Tuesday.

The delivery takes around 5-7 business days after dispatching the products.

The disc golf mini marker is made using PLA plastic. It is made using 3D printer. During the process of 3D printing, we add a metal bottle opener in each of the mini markers.

Mini marker has the same size as a regular mini marker. It is 3.94 inches (10 cm) in diameter and 0.39 inches (1 cm) in height.
